Binter Canarias Embraer E195-E2 - “Islas Canarias” - EC-NEZ
The Spanish regional carrier mainly connects the individual islands of the Canary Islands. In addition, Binter also flew to Madeira, Cape Verde and destinations in Western Africa. The ATR-72 fleet has grown to no less than 27 aircraft. Binter was the first airline in Europe to put the heavily modernized E2 version of Embraer's E195 into service in November 2019 – just in time for its 30th anniversary. Since then, the jet fleet has grown to nine aircraft, having also recently confirmed the acquisition of six more aircraft. With the highly efficient E195-E2, Binter is expanding its route network to include numerous destinations on the European mainland, including other parts of Spain, but also to France and Italy.
